Description

The vineyard surface of the Listrac-Médoc terroir is made up of a croup of Pyrenean gravel, a layer of Garonne gravel and a plateau of clay-limestone soil. These make the richness of this terroir and guarantee the unique aromas of the Bordeaux grape varieties .  These grape varieties are of a unique, typically Bordeaux quality. The Merlot is better suited to clay-limestone soils that give it its fruity and creamy taste. The Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of black fruit and impetuosity to dry gravel soils. The Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot , one fine and fruity, another intense and slightly spicy, are planted on the hottest and gravelly soils, with cycle rootstocks short to optimize their maturity.
