Château Le Coteau is one of the last family wineries in the Margaux appellation. In charge of the winery since 1973, Éric Léglise has a firm commitment to the land and his wish to be a “bon vigneron”, respecting the identity and personality of Margaux wines.

Château Le Coteau is a wonderful example of the elegance of Margaux wines. The white gravel soils produce a fine and stylish wine brimming with flavour. It has an opaque claret colour and a discretely fruity nose, with aromas of cherries and strawberries, green pepper, violets, mocha coffee and vanilla over subtle hints of wood. Velvety, dense and powerful in the mouth. An impression of delicacy that does not prevent this bottle from showing a certain aptitude for aging. A splendid wine which gives you the chance to enjoy the excellence of Margaux for a great price.
