Manufactures Description: Casamigos Añejo is a small batch, ultra-premium Tequila made with 100% blue agave weber. After harvest, the agave piñas are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours and undergo an extra-slow fermentation process for an additional 80 hours. It is ready for bottling after resting to perfection in barrels in Jalisco, Mexico. This produces an Anejo that is rich and brimming with spice and sweet oak.
