The plant is fermented in native pine and double-distilled in copper stills for exceptional flavor and clarity. The hallmarks of our Blanco include a tang of green herbs, with hints of pine, cucumber and green peppercorns on the nose. TAKING APPROXIMATELY 15 YEARS TO MATURE, CASA LOTOS HARVESTS EACH PLANT WITH CARE AND RESPECT, LEAVING ITS ROOT SYSTEM INTACT TO REGROW AND YIELD MULTIPLE HARVESTS.
