Description

This variety of Lambrusco has cylindrical salami-shaped bunches (which is what the grape is named after). The grapes are hand-harvested and wild yeast fermented in stainless steel tanks. Produced in the secco or dry style, is has soft, easy bubbles with lipsmacking purple plum and red berry fruit with a dry, silky finish. Pair this with cured meats like prosciutto, mortadella, and bresaola; or hard cheeses like pecorino and parmigiano reggiano. We like it with pizza and BBQ.
