For the production ofAperitivo Bordiga only high quality raw materials are used. The botanicals, including strictly hand-picked Alpine herbs, are macerated in grain alcohol (no ultrasounds, no centrifuges for essential oil extraction). The infusions and distillates used are all rigorously produced in the distillery. Filtration takes place exclusively with natural processes and with the use of natural paper filters.
