Description

80 year old vines on original pie franco! The vineyards belong to Martin Muñoz de las Posadas and are located at an altitude of 900 meters and have a limestone and sandy substrate.
The way of vinification is also different: after manual picking and double selection, the grapes are fermented in open oak barrels of 300 liters. After this the wine was allowed to rest for 8 months in used 225 liter barrels with medium toast. The character of the Grenache comes unblemished and pure from the barrel.
