100% Garnacha, this wine is big, bold, and funky yet fresh. It has a dense, fruity palate, a long finish, and enough acidity that it won’t weigh you down. The producer has intentionally trapped some of the CO2 to give it a spritzy texture, making it almost fizzy. Give it some air if you can, to get the full expression.
