CARAMEL GINGER SNAPINGREDIENTS
2 parts Black Velvet Toasted Caramel
¼ part ginger liqueur
¼ part mixture of lime juice and lemon juice for rimming
Crumbled ginger snap cookies
Lime wheel and curled lime zest
DIRECTIONS
Mix first three ingredients in a tumbler, add ice, and stir until chilled. Garnish a coupe-style glass by coating the rim with lime juice and dipping it into crumbled ginger snap cookies. Strain cocktail into glass. Add lime wheel and curled lime zest to complete.
