This Tuscan Red Blend brings notes of bing cherry, violets and cola, currant, chocolate and berry character. Full bodied with round tannins on the palate, there is a bit of dried thyme with the fruit and a slightly austere finish. Pair with rich roasted meats or hard cheeses.
