Description

AVÈZE is made from fresh, wild Gentian, the roots of which are harvested by hand in the Auvergne Volcanic Regional Nature Park. These roots are then sorted, washed, and cut into chips, before being macerated in alcohol for a minimum of 9 months. This precious liquid is used to produce AVÈZE and is what gives it its inimitable flavour.
