Tradition Both of our ciders, AVAL Gold and AVAL Rosé, are the result of natural fermentation of the juice of multiple varietals of apples, all grown, harvested, and pressed at our farm in the heart of Bretagne, France. Natural The result of natural fermentation of 100% pure apple juice (never from concentrate!), AVAL is 6% ABV and contains no added sugar or sweetener. Our fantastic artisanal French ciders are also naturally gluten-free. Santé!
