Jean François Ganevat and his sister Anne decided to gather together vigneron friends who share the same conception of natural wine growing to launch a négociant business together. Rotagamay – a double-magnum – is made from Gamay and old Jura grape varieties, grown organically and harvested manually, fermented by semi-carbonic maceration, then aged for 12 months in large barrels that have seen several wines. Unfined, unfiltered, zero sulphur added!

An easy drinking glouglou wine overflowing with red fruit aromas… The palate is suave, with soft tannins, and a lot of freshness.
