Les Miraculés is a cuvée made from Chardonnay grapes which “miraculously” resisted to frost, coming from different plots on several terroirs. It was vinified without input, with indigenous yeasts and not fined or filtered, without adding sulfur. The wine was aged for 3 years in 600 litres barrels.
