La Gravière is the result of the natural vinification of old Chardonnay grown on a soil of grey marl. Aged for 30 months on its lees, it has been bottled without sulphur, with no filtration nor fining. On tasting, it charms us with its mineral profile coated with notes of white fruits and citrus. The palate nicely balances roundness and tension and lingers with beautiful bitters.
