It is a blend composed of Malbec (50%), Cabernet Franc (30%) and Merlot (20%) made from grapes from Gualtallary. Its aging for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels structures it, while the subsequent passage through 3,000-liter cement amphorae gives it calm, stillness and harmony. Finally, the cut rests for a year in bottles. It is a wine that contains life and history, today and the past, and that gives a glimpse of the growth it will have over the years due to its great aging capacity.
