The color is translucent garnet. The nose is both ripe and fresh, blending candied red fruits with a subtle hint of volatile acidity. The mouth is round, ample, silky, deploying a fine, fresh, fruity substance, made quivering by the presence of carbon dioxide. Its crunchy / dapper cherry notes would send us more to a Jura Trousseau than to a Loire Gamay. The finish is deliciously biting, with an even more exacerbated cherry and that sparkle that suits it so well.
