The nose of this youthful but also traditional wine is characterized by a combination of cherries, blackberries and strawberries. Subtle elderberry and spicy juniper aromas can be found not only in the nose but also on the palate. A drinkable wine with fine tannins, exciting acidity and good substance.

| VINIFICATION | Our estate Pinot Noir was harvested by hand, transported to the winery in small boxes, very gently destemmed and then fermented on the mash with natural yeasts for 18 days. The wine was then aged for 12 months on the fine yeast in used barrique barrels. |
