ORIGIN
The same varieties are grown all over the world, but it is the origin that gives the wine its individuality and distinctiveness. In our cellar there are no copies, but originals.

The origin forms the basis of every wine. As a companion in all phases of development of the grapes and the wines, every winegrower inevitably also shapes the wine character through his conscious involvement and inaction.
The decisions that we make as winegrowers are a hodgepodge of experience and intuition and should lead the wine to the best possible perfection.

Our wines are called “mountain wine” because of the steep slopes on which they are cultivated. The vines are cared for all year round in laborious manual work. The grapes are harvested by hand and meticulously selected in the vineyard.
