In Der Eben is the name of the 1300 farm renovated in the 80s and today home to the winery. It really makes you smile because In Der Eben would mean “in the plain” and yet once up there at 500m, looking down causes a certain vertigo. 3.5 hectares of vineyards clinging to the mountainand surrounded by forests, managed organically since the early 90s. Urban Plattner belongs to the third generation of winemakers, his grandfather and father have carried on the family tradition.
