A traditionalist and the harmonious connection of two worlds – the east and west sides of Lake Neusiedl. This autochthonous, Burgenland parade variety feels very comfortable on the limestone and slate soils of the Leitha Mountains as well as on the sandy-loamy southern slopes of the Parndorfer Platte. Careful biodynamic management. Hand-picked in mid-September, spontaneous fermentation, left on the mash for two weeks in a wooden fermentation stand and in a steel tank. Matured for over four years in a wooden fermentation stand and in used 500 l oak barrels.
