Bierzo is a main valley with lateral valleys that offer an incredible diversity of conditions influencing the same grape varieties. A natural wealth that may produce from floral wines up to more complex and mineral ones. |

HARVEST | Hand-picked. As we harvest old and ancient vineyards (bush vines), there is no possibility to mechanize harvest and therefore all our grapes are hand-picked, which is also a perfect way to guarantee the highest quality. Please click on the icon to get harvest reports. |
WINEMAKING | Prefermentative cold maceration during 8 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. |
