In our cellar, Sauvignon blanc is made using non-traditional reductive technology. Part of it ferments in barrels, the other half is made in tanks, and then after blending the two, it is bottled. Subtly spiced with a nuanced barrel, it rather reveals the fresh aroma of Hungarian orchards, yellow apples, green apples, and peaches. The sip ends with a lively, mouth-filling, characteristic taste and a long aftertaste, in which the minerality of the soil also comes through beautifully.
