– 100% Tequilana (Agave tequilana)
– Cooked in a conical earthen oven
– Milled by hand using wooden mallet & canoa, and with small mechanical grinder
– Fermented with ambient yeast and spring water in stainless steel tanks
– Distilled twice using traditional copper pot still
– Caramel, lactic, baking spice, roasted peppers, fresh apple, citrus, kiwi
– 45.5% ABV (Alcohol may vary batch to batch)
