At the Vale Fox Distillery, we are committed to innovation and enhancing the taste, flavor profile, and mixability of our gins. We believe that by investigating different approaches to our award-winning gins, we offer our consumers truly remarkable gin experiences.
As a result, we have developed a limited-edition series of gins rested/aged in different wood barrels for at least 9 months. Our first release is Flying Fox Series: Tod & Vixen’s Bourbon Cask Finished Mature Gin aged in American Oak Bourbon casks.
