We pick when the acidity, sugar and fruitfulness are in perfect balance and rush it to the winery for whole cluster pressing, then cold ferment in stainless steel to preserve the crispness, bright flavors and aromas. |
| VINEYARD NOTES | This is our 18th vintage from the Admiral’s Vineyard, and it continues to impress! The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc was harvested on September 7th and was a small but mighty vintage with bright citrus flavors, a refreshing crispness and nice minerality. |
