Malted Marigold

A golden showcase of what’s possible with a fine single malt, Talisker 10 Year Old, plus one of the most bountiful of all flowers, the marigold, this is a bold new cocktail you’ll sit up and notice.

50ml: Talisker® 10 Year Old
50ml: Orange Juice
10ml: Lemon Juice
10ml: Honey
1 Egg White
1 sprig Rosemary
1 piece Marigold Flower

Fill a shaker with ice
Add Talisker 10 Year Old, orange juice, lemon juice, honey and egg white to the shaker.
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the shaker feels chilled.
Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass.

Place a sprig of rosemary and a marigold flower (or petals) on top of the drink to garnish.
