Draga is an Istrian river that flows around the town of Buzet along beautiful canyons and waterfalls. She brings love and water to the fields of our divine Istrian truffles. With the wine Roxanich Draga, we try to frame that beauty with the help of Pinot white, a variety that has been traditionally grown in western Istria since the time of Napoleon. The wine Roxanich Draga brings the best of the usually inexpressive Pinot white variety. Spontaneous fermentation on autochthonous yeasts and gentle extraction during a two-day maceration allowed Draga to express its authenticity.
