Description

The result of the finest selection of rums aged up to ten years in oak barriques with a high toast degree, subsequently filtered from real Onix stones to obtain a rum with intense, deep notes and a unique character.

Cocktail Suggestion

Onyx Martini

INGREDIENTS
1 ounce of Barceló Imperial Onyx.
¾ ounce of Italian sweet Vermouth.
¾ ounce of orange juice.
¼ ounce of blackberry liqueur.
¼ ounce of green apple liqueur.
Orange peel to garnish

PREPARATION
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice; strain everything twice and pour into a previously cooled cocktail glass. Decorate with a strip of orange peel.
