This is not simply a rosé, but a wine dedicated to roses, the ones at Regaleali that are plentiful and gorgeous. The wine is floral on the nose when drinking; this wine is made with Nerello Mascalese that preserves the integrity of the fruit thanks to the use of only steel. It is a lighthearted glass, like a white wine might be, but with body that reminds us of the red berries.
