Description

This authentic wine is produced on the “Plaine des Cailloux” plot located in Touraine Oisly appellation, small appellation of 40 ha producing exclusively Sauvignon with very precise specifications.
This parcel of 35 year old vines is ideally located on the highest part of the common on soil composed of flint clay. It is very well exposed, which allows me to obtain a good maturity of the grapes and to pick them later possible, thus allowing me a good balance between sugar, alcohol and acidity.
Touraine Oisly is aged on its lees for several months until may.
