Description

A selection of 60% Fernão Pires and 40% Arinto grapes grown in the ‘Vinha da Gafa,’ a vineyard with southeastern exposure and clay-limestone soils. Hand harvested in September, and completely destemmed. Varieties are fermented separately with native yeasts in stainless steel for 15 days. Aged on lees in stainless steel for 11 months.
