Fermentation in the presence of skins gives this wine an amber hue and greater tannic structure, in this distinct interpretation of the Avesso variety. High quality grape variety that results in complex and aromatic wines. They can produce wines with fruity and citrus aromas with subtle notes of tropical fruit. Avesso has medium-sized clusters with large yellow and green grapes. Rustic and high production, these grapes are traditionally grown in the Baião region of Minho.
