The Fiesta Sur is inspired by the Uruguayan Candombe, a generic name given to different dances of African origin in Uruguay, and was born from the conjunction of the more than twenty African peoples who were brought as slaves to this region of the southern cone. Each of these had their language, their way of being and feeling, their culture and their dances.
Rosé made from Merlot grapes from our central vineyard located in Canelón Chico, Canelones, Uruguay.
