A barely off-dry Riesling from one of the best producers in the Saar. Barrel X is a blend of several barrels and parcels together, thus representing the entry point of Lauer’s wines. Bright minerality, great notes of green apples, touch of tropical fruit and perhaps white gummi bears? Super easy to drink, the best with spicy Thai food.
