Toasting

The medium toasting of
our barrels allows for the
development of different
aromas, including spicy
notes and chocolate; preserving the organoleptic
specificity of the terroir.
Duration : 40 minutes
Distillation

The process of double
distillation using traditional copper pot stills
(25hl) makes it possible
to obtain complex, finely
elaborated spirits. This
known as the ‘Charentais
method’.
Barrel Type

Park XO is aged in oak
barrels with a capacity of
400 liters. After twelve
months in new barrels,
the cognac is transferred to used casks, mainly
from the Limousin forest.
