A limited offering of 200 bottles, Jaywalk Heirloom rye, is 75% Horton rye, a varietal not commercially grown since the 1800’s. After 7 years of aging, the result is robust and rich, with characteristics unique to each single barrel. Meticulously selected, each single barrel is bottled wholly at Cask Strength (114-116 proof), sealed with wax, individually inscribed, and presented in its own gift box.
