First matured for three years in a brandy cask, then aged for three and a half years in a used fino sherry butt, this limited edition spirit is simply remarkable. The nose opens with alluring aromas of green apple, plum and salted caramel, evolving into apricot, citrus fruit, walnut and spice. The dry, elegant palate is brimming with character, offering complex notes of ripe stone fruit, roasted nuts, sea salt and oak, lifted by tangy citrus flavors and vibrant acidity.
