Osteria More e Macine is a local restaurant with a cult following, especially amongst the winemaking families of the region.Their partnership is based on the same passion for Timorasso and the belief in the greatness of this indigenous Piemontese variety.”This project is very important for Isabella and I, also because we put ourselves to test trying to create something from scratch.
