Vigne Merlet Peach Cream is made from this special variety, formerly cultivated along vineyards, small in size and with a red and white pulpit. The Merlets purchase from partner producers in Ardèche to ensure the continuity of the quality produced. Because of their status as blackcurrant growers and winemakers, Merlet can dialogue with these producer-suppliers and use their expertise to select fruits of optimal maturity. The peaches are then macerated in a fine alcohol to extract all their aromas, then pressed and filtered into a natural infusion of fruit. Finally sugar is added to obtain the final peach cream. Mastering the source of the fruits, their maturity,
