Description

Fraise des Bois Merlet cream combines two fruit varieties that complement each other and bring richness and complexity. The Merlets provide themselves to partner producers to ensure the continuity of the quality produced. Because of their status as blackcurrant growers and winemakers, Merlet can dialogue with these producer-suppliers and use their expertise to select fruits of optimal maturity. The strawberries are then macerated in a fine alcohol to extract all their aromas, then pressed and filtered into a natural infusion of fruit. Finally sugar is added to get the final strawberry cream. Mastering the source of the fruits, their maturity, then their transformation by the Merlets, combined with a high concentration of macerated fruits,

Serving

Merlet strawberry cream can be enjoyed pure with ice cubes, elongated with sparkling water or mixed with white wine or Champagne.

Merlet Cream of Wild Strawberry 10 ml
Gin 20 ml
Fresh lemon juice 10 ml
Champagne lengthened
METHOD
Pour the first three ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake vigorously to dilute and cool. Filter in a champagne flute. Complete with champagne.

DECORATION: Express a zest of lemon on the surface of the cocktail then throw it and put a strawberry on the edge of the glass
