Floor | Due to the different areas of vineyards the type of soil is very varied, clay-limestone in Valtuille and Villafranca, stony in Carracedo and slate in Espanillo. |
Elaboration | After a manual harvest in boxes, the grapes are selected and passed through a pneumatic press. The must is fermented at low temperature, the fine lees are selected to make an aging of 10 months with weekly batonnage in an oval fudre of 4000L. The bottling is done with a light clarification and filtering. |
