Description

Manicle Rouge is a vintage from Bugey located in the town of Cheignieu La Balme. Planted on steep hillsides, facing south, it enjoys exceptional sunshine, and also a particular terrain, composed of mountain scree. From the Pinot Noir, the harvest is harvested by hand, vinified in long maceration to extract the maximum of body and aromas and then aged in oak barrels.

This red Manicle, aged in barrels on fine lees for 6 months, will make you enjoy its aromas of red fruits for many years: to be consumed preferably after aging for 3 to 8 years depending on the vintage.
