An exotic wine that has been close to our hearts for generations and our grandmother’s favorite wine. The grapes for this Scheurebe come from the VDP.Große Lage Dautenpflänzer. The vines were planted in the 1950s and 1960s. The grapes for this beautiful Kabinett are carefully picked by hand and fermented in a small stainless steel tank. Fermentation is stopped by temperature control at around 55 g/l residual sugar. The fine, fruity aroma is wonderfully paired with a light minerality and an animating acidity. A beautiful summer companion that captivates everyone.
