Cocktail Suggestion: Jalisco SunsetMade with Hiatus Blanco
1 1/2 OZ HIATUS BLANCO
1/2 OZ APEROL
1/2 OZ AGAVE SYRUP
2 1/2 OZ FRESH LIME JUICE
4 PIECES OF 1 IN. FRESH CANTALOUPE, CUBED OR BALLED
1 SPRIG FRESH ROSEMARY
1. Muddle together cantaloupe, rosemary, and agave.
2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
3. Add ice and shake vigorously.
4. Fine strain into coupe glass.
5. Garnish with rosemary sprig and/or skewered cantaloupe pieces.
