It takes 33 kg (nearly 73 lbs) of ripe raspberries to produce a single liter of Hans Reisetbauer Raspberry Eau-de-Vie. With this exquisite eau-de-vie, Hans has masterfully captured a raspberry’s tart, red fruit character along with the slight bitterness of its citrusy, green seeds.
