Description

This wine comes from 36+ year old densely-planted vines grown on marl slopes facing Southeast that are never treated with any chemicals. Hand-harvested (Lilian, Guy’s son, is one of the last producers in Pouilly Fumé to still pick by hand), the wine is wild-yeast fermented in stainless and cement tanks.
