Bright pale yellow color, with fine and discreet bubbles.

Nose:

Toasted and smoked notes in which the hazelnut dominates. Fresh nose with menthol or even slightly spicy notes when tempered.
Mouth:

Very good tension, with volume and notes of brioche. The finish again gives us a beautiful bitterness with a touch of pink grapefruit.

Description

Odilon de Varine, Gosset cellar master, says that since 1947 good vintages ending in seven have been rare. However, 2007 was an energetic vintage that gives the wines great maturity and balance. This Celebris Extra Brut is a champagne aged for 10 years in the cellar that is complex in tasting, with toasted notes, very good tension and a slightly bitter final touch. The French guide Hachette des Vins has given it a star.
