Description

The color is canary-yellow with golden shades. A heady tropical nose, laden with strong flavors of ripe and dried banana. Soft mouthfeel at first, taste of butter roasted bananas blazed with an alcohol aged in oak barrels.

Cocktail Suggestion	Corpse Reviver No.2 Adapted from the recipe in the Savoy Cocktail Book (1930) by Harry Craddock. 25 ml Gin 25 ml Triple Sec 25 ml Lillet 25 ml lemon juice (optional) 1 bsp White sugar cane syrup 2 dashes Absinthe Glass : cocktail Method : shake Garnish : lemon zest Add the ingredients to a shaker Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds Strain into a chilled glass with no ice Garnish & serve
