DO Rueda White Wine. Following the old production patterns, the wine remains on its fermentation lees until the winter has passed, carrying out periodic batonnages. This 100% Verdejo white wine is distinguished by the straw-green reflections typical of Verdejo. On the nose, its great complexity stands out, displaying intense varietal notes seasoned by bakery nuances characteristic of the wines in which the lees are worked. In the mouth it denotes youth, demonstrating its room for improvement. Fleshy, tasty with a very pleasant and distinctive mineral finish. Complex, full-bodied wine ideal to accompany traditional dishes, barbecues, stews and white meats.
